2. How does Hadiya Travel help with visas?

We prepare the document checklist, fill in the application, arrange translation and notarisation, book the consulate appointment and get you ready for the interview. Everything runs under a formal contract with regular status updates.

3. What does the medical tourism programme include?

Clinic selection, an initial consultation and examination schedule, flights and hotel, airport transfers and an interpreter. Follow-up care and paperwork after treatment are part of the package too.

4. What are the payment terms, and can I pay in instalments?

You can pay at our office in cash, by bank transfer, or through Click. Instalment payment is not available.

5. How are refunds handled if a trip is cancelled?

Refunds follow the contract and the fare rules of the airline and hotel. The earlier you tell us about a cancellation, the more you get back — we provide a written calculation once you submit the request.
